Viura is the most widely planted white grape variety in Rioja, and here, it comprises 90% of the blend. This wine is aromatically intense, with notes of pineapple rind and citrus blossoms. It’s medium-bodied, with a snappy, fresh finish. Versatile in the pairing department – you can try it with various forms of tapas, or maybe tuna carpaccio with mustard and capers.
