Faraón is a dry fragrant made using the traditional oxidative aging system, from high-quality Palomino Fino grapes from its own vineyards, from the Balbiana and Miraflores vineyards, considered the best in the Jerez region. Taking advantage of the natural yeasts of the vineyard, alcoholic fermentation occurs. The wine then passes between 6 and 12 years to carry out an oxidative aging by the traditional Jerez system of soleras and criaderas.
