This wine is made of 100% Sangiovese. One whole liter of crowd pleasing fun! Malpasso is fermented with native yeasts and in cement with minimally added sulfur and a very light filtration. This expression of Sangiovese maintains its usual savory notes of tart cherry, raspberry, and light crunchy tannins. The wine is extremely vibrant and fresh, and could do nicely with a quick 10 minute chill in the summer months. This is the perfect pizza wine, great for cracking open with family and friends outside at the park, or curled up on the couch with a good show or book.
