Distilled from Albariño grapes in Galicia, Spain this gin is the inspiration gin for our gintoneria, Mabel's Gone Fishing! It's absolutely perfect paired with fever tree mediterranean tonic water and (believe it or not) sour gummy bears(!; but also, add a sprig of lavender. It's a lovely afternoon sipper.
